10 Week Live Well Programme
We are very pleased to launch of our new 10-week online wellbeing programme called âLive Wellâ to all of our corporate sites. All of our clients have been given access to this fantastic new programme that can then be offered to all their employees, not just those already signed up to use the fitness and wellbeing facilities on site, in order to get people thinking more about their health and wellbeing. Our programme includes some fantastic information on key topics such as diet, nutrition, working out and getting more active in general. The online programme is really simple to sign up to and participants can access a lot of educational information and workouts that they can do at home or in the gym. Our overall aim is to get more people, more active, more often, whilst eating healthy options and the information in this programme is aimed at those people that donât usually venture into the gym as well as those just starting up their fitness journey. After signing up participants receive:
- 10 weeks of educational videos sent through via email.
- The topics covered include;
- A Balanced diet
- Calories
- Fats
- Protein
- Carbohydrates
- Fibre
- Hydration
- Processed foods
- Physical activity
- Staying on track
- The topics covered include;
- 10 different exercise workout videos that can be done at home or in a studio. These vary from ab sessions targeting the core to  relaxing stretch sessions.  Participants can choose a different one to do each week or stick to the ones they enjoying doing
- 10 different âfocus on formâ body work out videos that are based more in the gym. These include sessions that range from push ups to squats and they can try a different one each week or repeat one they particularly enjoy.
- Daily session planer for the 10 weeks. The guide gives them a suggestion on what to do every day over the 10 weeks to help them think about their health and wellbeing and ultimately make a change for the better
- Recipe downloads with a choice of 10 different meal plans for breakfast, lunch, evening meals, deserts, snacks, drinks, soups and salads.
