3d leisure are about to get started on a consultancy project to support the development of a new spa in the Sea Garden Beach Resort Hotel in Montego Bay Jamaica.

The work will involve some market research both desk and on the ground and  then supporting the hotel owners with the; concept, design, layout and equipment of the extensive spa and gym facility.

We will also be using our models to create P&L and cashflow projections for the exciting project.
