Paul celebrates 20 years with 3d leisure

We would like to congratulate our Operations Director, Paul Dickinson on his 20-year anniversary with the company today.

Paul originally joined the company as Club Manager of our Bournemouth site and quickly progressed to a regional role where his calm manner and strong management skills were able to shine. In his current role Paul now heads up Operations in the south with a team of Regional Managers supporting a network of over 40 sites. Paul has been integral to our growth and success over the last 20 years and we are extremely grateful for everything he has done
