Myzone challenge won by 3d Health & Fitness Wey Valley

Through 2022 we ran a Myzone challenge across our sites and after a very competitive battle it was won by the team at 3d Health & Fitness Wey Valley who averaged 30394 MEPS per member across the year.

MYZONE has become an integral part of how we encourage fitness and overall health at 3d Wey Valley. Not only can our trainers track workouts, effort, performance & consistency, we use the system to help keep members engaged and motivated with regular challenges and competitions, there is also a great community developed through the chat facility and it’s a great way of members getting to know each other and building a like-minded and supportive community between all the members and staff.

Whether you are completely new to exercise, returning to the gym after some time away or a regular exerciser MYZONE can support your training with real time data on in club screens, but also on your smart phone or watch, helping owner and trainers track performance.

The whole 3d Fitness Team at Wey Valley are extremely proud of our members achievement in becoming national champions and the award is acknowledgement of not only the incredible effort displayed by all our members across the year, but also the dedication, encouragement and motivation of our fitness team and their determination to keep fitness challenging, engaging but also fun.
