We are committed to supporting and encouraging individuals to make healthier life choices.

Within all of the workplace fitness and wellbeing facilities we manage our focus is not limited to those using the on site facilities, our core objective is to get more people, more active, more often, whilst providing the best in class innovative management service.

An example of the 3d team going the extra mile to engage with the widest possible audience is the recent 5-year celebrations at one of our managed facilities.

With our team adopting a “Top Gun” theme they provided a day of celebrations filled with challenges, nutritional give aways, training tip, sports massage and much more.

The day was enjoyed by all and we saw a huge uptake in participants wanting to join in the fun.

The facilities available include a state-of-the-art Technogym fitness suite, 2 studios, live streamed and on-demand classes and treatment rooms.  3d secured this contract at design stage and worked closely with the project team and client to create spectacular facilities which we have been successfully managing for 5 years since it opened.

Paul Dickinson, 3d’s Operation Director South said, “ We are passionate about reaching out to both members and non-members of the facilities that we manage, we understand that individuals may need some extra support to start their wellbeing journey and find that events such as this really help to break down those barriers and welcome people in.”
