3d would like to extend our thanks to leading equipment partner Technogym for joining our January operations meeting held in Manchester, to demonstrate and train our teams on the new Technogym Check-up solution.  A solution that 3d will be introducing to our corporate contracts over the next few months.

Technogym Check-up uses advanced measurement technology and AI to provide assessment for both physical and cognitive conditions.

All the different metrics converge into the Wellness Age™ — a simple yet powerful metric that’s easy to compare to real age, providing a clear gauge of your progress.

Our fitness and wellbeing coaches will use the comprehensive measurement and metric’s provided by the 6 touch point test which include body composition, mobility, Balance, Mind, Strength and Cardio to support members of the workforce and adjust training programs consequentially to maximize results and enabling those less activity to adopt some healthier habits and provide a more informed understanding of their health and wellbeing.
