Despite the recent government changes to the way that apprentice training is funded we have continued to work closely with Lifetime Training to ensure our staff are receiving excellent development opportunities. We are delighted that Lauren Reilly who works at Fashionable Fitness in Scarborough has recently been nominated for Active Leisure Apprentice of the year.

Lauren started with us in June 2015 as a part time receptionist. She quickly showed a desire to work within the fitness team and completed her Level 2 Fitness Instructor before recently also completing the Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

Lauren is extremely pleased to be nominated and on finding out said  ‘I would like to use this opportunity to thank Lifetime and my tutor Cerian Jones, they have worked super hard helping my achieve my qualifications. Also a big thankyou to 3D Leisure who gave me the opportunity to gain these qualifications and the amount of support that has been shown has really kept me on track. I never in a million years thought this is where I would end up after starting out as a part time receptionist at Fashionable Fitness. 3D haven given me the chance to pursue in a career I care so much about. All the staff here at Fashionable Fitness have been very supportive and helped me in every way they can. Last but not least a thank you to all members who have given me the encouragement and support throughout my training from those who took part in my practical sessions or classes, to those who simply said well done’.
