The National Fitness Awards were held in Leicester on 30^th November and we had cause for double celebration. Hearts Health Club in Crosby reached the final of the Ladies Gym of the Year for the second year running which is a great achievement for the team.

We are extremely proud that Paul Garland, who is a member of 3d health and Fitness in Chandlers Ford, won the Member Achievement Award. After his weight rose to 135kg and he was diagnosed with diabetes, Paul decided to join the gym and turned his life around. Paul has since lost over 40kg and reversed his Diabetes.
