Driving Strategy!

Earlier this week our senior support team got together in Nottingham for a 2-day event to review and agree strategy for the next 12 months. We all find these meetings very valuable as they allow us to share best practice and agree some real tangible actions for the coming year. Top of the agenda and generating some lengthy discussions was how we can develop and drive our Diversity & Inclusion plan throughout the company.

The meeting also gave us the opportunity to celebrate Regional Managers Mark Castle and Stewart Strachan both reaching 20-year milestones of being part of our team, meaning that 5 of our senior team now have over 20 years service with the company.
