Established in 1991, 3d leisure has extensive experience in leisure facilities in hotels.
We will offer a first-class service for your hotel guests and we will maximise income by growing the membership base, developing the service and delivering an effective marketing and sales programme. We will introduce a member journey and retention campaigns which will encourage and motivate members to stay active and regularly use the club.
We will minimise operating costs, as we have created our own buying group of over 200 clubs; that allow us leverage in purchasing leisure specific items for our clients. 3d has developed a comprehensive range of Quality Management Systems (QMS) which we introduce to the facility. We will train and support the staff team to deliver the QMS and achieve optimum results.
3d can employ the leisure team and take full responsibility for all staff issues or we can direct and support the leisure team to achieve optimum results for the hotel, guests, and members. With 3d driving the leisure club and spa we take away the daily hassle for hotel management allowing them to concentrate on core business. However, we always ensure that hotel management receive regular reports to monitor our progress and success against agreed targets.
Clients will be delegating, not abdicating, responsibility for the management of their leisure club to a dedicated specialist team who will get the best commercial return form the assets.
